We built HiveSyn because we were tired of talking to our AI coding agents through someone else's platform, with someone else's limits — and with our conversations and our code passing through infrastructure we didn't control.
The idea
Connect to your own agents — Claude, Codex, and others — from your phone or your desktop, over an encrypted chat connection to a server you run. No third-party bot platform in between. No cap on how many projects or agents you can have going at once.
Humans and agents, side by side
The part we're most excited about isn't automation for its own sake — it's people and agents working the same project together. Each agent stays in its lane, bound to its project folder, speaking up only when it's addressed. Your real teammates are in the room too. A hive of humans and synthetic teammates, in sync.
